New Hampshire Headquarters for leading Acoustics and Noise Control Company

Custom Audio Designs Limited is delighted to announce its move to new UK headquarters on Friday 11th July. The move to new premises will enable the UK based company to continue to deliver the excellent Acoustic and Noise Control services and project management that its customers and clients have come to expect from a leading company in its field.

Regretfully there will be no next day delivery service on Friday 11th July.
Normal service will resume on Monday 14th July.

Telephone orders can be taken up to 10.30 on Friday 11th July - normal service will resume Monday 14th July.

Faxed orders will be received and processed for delivery on Tuesday 14th July subject to stock.

Telephone enquiries can be dealt with up to 1100 on Friday 11th July.

Faxed enquiries will be dealt with as soon as possible on Friday 11th July or Monday 14th July.

After deciding on the products you require and before you order you need to decide what delivery option you require:-

NEXT DAY SERVICE - We can deliver NEXT DAY to most UK addresses providing the goods are in stock. If the order is urgent, and especially if it may be palletised, the order needs to be received by 11.30am. Smaller orders may be able to be shipped next day as long as they are placed by around 2.00pm. If you are placing an order this late then please confirm with sales at the time of order that we can still get the goods dispatched as our courier collection times can vary.

NEW! SAME DAY/DEDICATED SERVICE We can offer a same day service to selected areas subject to courier availability. WEEKEND & AM SERVICE - It is possible to arrange weekend deliveries and weekday A.M. deliveries but there is a larger surcharge for this service.

Delivery charges are calculated on the weight and bulk of items and can vary depending on where the goods are being delivered.

PLEASE NOTE that many items such as soundproofing mats are extremely heavy and you may need assistance in getting them into your property especially if it's not on a ground floor.
