Washing machines, fridges and dishwashers often cause annoyance due to the vibrations on a floor. Isolating the machine from the floor with our
20mm thick CAD20-WP panel will reduce this. The panels are 1m x 1.2m and can be cut to
size and slid under the unit no adhesive is necessary.
In some cases its a good idea to insert a water resistant sheet of 6mm board ontop of the insulation to support the feet.
If the unit has rattling panelwork then this can be damped down by sticking some of our BANDA-50 damping tape onto the panels. Also make sure any fixing screws are tight.
If the unit has space around the sides and top then you could also fix some of our 25mm Sound Absorbing Foam around it to further
absorb excess noise travelling sideways and up.
